The Student Council Sponsor will work with building leadership in the recruitment of students, handle the day-to-day operations, providing leadership, mentoring, supporting, programming, collaborating, planning and participating in student-led activities.

• Organize and supervise a core group of students who meet regularly for the purpose of planning ideas and projects for the upcoming year.
• Provide students the opportunity to develop and build their citizenship and leadership skills.
• Supervise students at all sponsored related events for the purpose of ensuring proper student behavior.
• Support students in projects and outings by organizing events and providing all necessary materials.
• Communicate with students, parents, and other school staff for the purpose of providing information, assistance, and direction.
• Establish different events and volunteer opportunities for the purpose of building student interactions with the community and allowing students to give back.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
