• Manage essential operational activities, including teacher payroll, customer billing, account maintenance and monitoring, teacher scheduling, and labor management.
• Serve as the friendly face of Sylvan, providing top‑notch customer service and ensuring all phone calls and walk‑ins are answered promptly during business hours.
• Work closely with the Director of Student Advancement to maintain high instructional standards.
• Assess and observe students, then meet with parents to deliver results, observations, and set goals and action plans for academic success.
• Meet with parents to discuss enrollment options, opportunities, and ongoing support.
• Consistently maintain the KPI system of expectations for sales and operations.
