Responsibilities
- Work in small groups and one-on‑one to provide direct instruction in reading and math
- Adapt lessons and instruction using evidence‑based practices for students with exceptional needs
- Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs and maintain IEPs to reflect student progress
- Collaborate with students, staff and families to support educational growth and transitions from grade to grade
- Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Indiana Teacher's License (Elementary Mild Intervention)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the patience and ability to relate to students and support their diverse learning styles
