Position: Travel School Psychologist in Rensselaer, IN

Two immediate School Psychologist openings are available:

  • Benton Community K-12 (Eastern Standard Time)
  • North Newton K-12/Preschool at Kankakee Valley (Central Standard Time)

Begin your assignment in early August, with interview opportunities happening ASAP. Your caseload and number of sites will be tailored to your placement, ensuring your skills are maximized in a supportive environment. This travel role runs a standard schedule of 37.5 hours per week, allowing for rewarding work-life balance and the opportunity for professional growth through varied workplace practices and collaboration with new teams.

Qualifications
  • Licensed/certified School Psychologist credentials (as required by Indiana)
  • Previous experience in K-12 and/or preschool settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and assessment skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and student needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies
  • Consult with educators, families, and administrators
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based practice
