MCIS Trainer Security Clearance

Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a full‑time MCIS Trainer to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN, working for CSA Global LLC.

• Conduct formal information system operator training and informal over‑the‑shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons.
• Perform classroom setup, networking of systems, support simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS.
• Execute training on the system in accordance with Army standard POI following approved course instructional times.

• Active Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• Current certification with Army training doctrine.
• At least 2 years of MCIS teaching experience.
• Experience as an assistant instructor for the same courseware.
• Completed formal study in Army MCIS and MCIS software systems and at least 4 years of service supporting the Army or another defense service.
• As a contractor, ability to plan cross training so all personnel remain operationally and doctrinally relevant during execution.
