Vacancy High School / Junior High Band Director & Music Teacher
Centerville-Abington Community Schools seeks a student-centered educator to serve as High School/Junior High Band Director and Music Teacher.

Applicants must hold (or be eligible for) a valid Indiana Teaching License in Secondary or K-12 Instrumental Music and General Music. Marching band experience is required.
Primary Responsibilities- Teach Beginning 7th Grade Band, 8th Grade Band, HS Concert Band, HS Jazz Band, and JH General Music.
- Prepare students for concerts, ISSMA contests, and other performances.
- Coordinate marching band, athletic performances, contests, and special trips.
- Collaborate with Music Boosters and Color Guard.
- Direct the summer marching band program.
- Assist with graduation ceremonies.
- Serve on school committees and sponsor student activities.
