East Noble School Corporation is accepting applications for: 1:1 Instructional Assistant for Special Needs Bus, Avilla Elementary

Before and After School, per day, Monday – Friday when school is in session

$16.69 per hour, starting wage.

Position will begin in early August 2026.

This position is offered medical, dental, vision insurance and Indiana Public Retirement Fund

• Attends all required training sessions and applies training within the transportation setting
• Other duties as assigned by building administrator
• Monitors student one-on-one; follows medical care plan
• Assists with student documentation
• Monitors and Supervises students and assists driver as needed
• Communicates effectively and regularly with students and staff
• Participates in team planning sessions

• Maintains confidentiality of all student information
• Follows East Noble policies and procedures
• Works cooperatively with teacher(s) and other staff

• Minimum of 60 college credits
• Or be willing to take and pass Paraprofessional certification test

• Medical Background Preferred but not necessary
