Overview
Rooted in Cathedral High School's Holy Cross tradition, the School Counselor guides students through academic planning, graduation requirements, college and career preparation, and personal concerns that may affect their success at Cathedral and beyond. The counselor manages student schedules, monitors academic progress, assists with post-secondary planning, and provides personal guidance to students throughout their high school experience. Serves as a resource for parents, faculty, and school administration.

- Serve as a resource for parents, faculty, and school administration.
- Monitor student progress, help students navigate academic and personal challenges that may affect school performance, and provide timely referrals to community resources when appropriate.
- Thorough understanding of Indiana graduation requirements, college admissions, and student scheduling, with the ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
