Tri-Central Middle/High School is seeking a positive, outgoing person to assist classroom teachers as a Para‑Professional. The position will start on August 5, 2026 pending board approval and passing a background check. The role includes working with students in the classroom and in small‑group settings, building positive relationships with staff and students, and modeling a strong work ethic to support student success.
Responsibilities- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and supporting student learning.
- Work with students in the classroom and in small‑group settings.
- Build positive relationships with staff and students.
- Model a strong work ethic and support student success.
- Associate degree or a para‑professional certification.
- Ability to assist students with various subject area content.
- Willingness to work with students and staff at Tri‑Central to provide the best possible support daily.
- Pass an expanded Indiana Criminal History Check.
