Part Time 28 hours per week

• Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises
• Tutors students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activity
• Attends Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and implements successfully
• Works well with at risk students
• Assists teacher in maintaining discipline in a positive manner
• Utilizes a variety of resources to engage students
• Handles clerical functions related to job responsibilities
• Assists in administering pre and post-testing of standardized or grade level tests
• Monitors student classroom academic testing results and correlates that information to the planning for students
• Plans for and executes daily tutoring for the students
• Keeps daily logs and monitors daily attendance of students in special intervention programs
• Helps students master instructional equipment or instructional materials assigned by the teacher
• Attends assigned professional development and implements new practices successfully
• Well organized and takes initiatives
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible
• Maintains satisfactory attendance
• Enjoys working with children of all ages, grades, and abilities
• Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies and Employee Handbook
• Models Corporation Mission Statement and Fundamental Objectives
