Candidate must be child centered with a growth mind set as we all work collaboratively to increase instructional rigor. Candidate must be proficient in written and oral Spanish communication. Applicant needs to be able to implement best instructional practices through a Dual Language lens. Teacher must build an inclusive classroom community and commit to ensuring student needs are met through culturally responsive practices, data analysis and excellent classroom management.
