The Extended Curriculum Program (ECP) in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities is seeking to employ an Administrative Officer to do the following:
- Academic Administration.
- Reception.
- Enquiry Management.
- Committee Administration.
- Procurement.
- Human Resources Administration.
- Event Organisation.
- Meeting Administration.
- General Administration and other duties as requested.
- Grade 12 and a relevant three-year post-matric qualification, 2 years relevant experience OR
- Matric plus three to five years relevant experience.
Preference would be given to candidates with:
- Higher Education experience.
- Knowledge of university systems (SASI; MAS etc.).
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages e.g. Word;
Excel/MS Office Suites/PowerPoint.
