• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
• Organize and participate in school events and activities to foster community engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and discovery.

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor to foster a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teaching team.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to take the training onsite.
