Special Education Teacher | Fairland, Indiana

This full-time contract role covers 37.5 hours per week and focuses on providing Resource support in a high school setting. • Valid Special Education Teacher certification or licensure (state-appropriate)
• Previous experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

• Provide direct instructional support to students with varying needs in a high school resource setting
• Develop, modify, and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff to support student success
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
