Stmalachy in Indianapolis is hiring a full-time Associate Director of Youth Ministry to start in October 2026. The role involves leading a comprehensive youth ministry program for students in grades 7–12, fostering their spiritual growth and inviting them into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a minimum of three years of experience in faith formation ministry and a preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong communication skills and creativity are essential for this position.
