Overview of responsibilities:
To lead Grace Pointe Childcare Development Ministries in providing an age-appropriate, holistic Christian development ministry for children eight weeks to PreK.
Summary of Duties:
To lead the Childcare Ministry of Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene by:
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and Christian educational environment for young children.
- Developing a curriculum and program in cooperation with the GDCDM Board & GP pastoral staff.
- Encourage, manage, and coach teachers and staff.
- Recruit and hire new staff.
- Managing facility use and ensuring a safe environment.
- Creating and maintaining an operational budget.
- Marketing the Ministry.
- Communicating clearly with parents and staff.
- Overseeing Food Services.
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate state rules and regulations concerning the Childcare Ministry.
