• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Indiana Academic Standards and district curriculum.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Develop strong foundational literacy, mathematics, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Use assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid Indiana teaching license in Elementary Generalist (K–6) or Early Childhood Education (P–3), or eligibility for appropriate Indiana licensure.
• Knowledge of Indiana Academic Standards and developmentally appropriate instructional practices.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and employment screenings.
