Job Summary and Requirements: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student performance and progress, maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment, collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents, and participate in professional development and school events. The position requires the ability to remain emotionally stable, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and responding appropriately to student needs and unexpected situations.

The role also requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; move throughout the classroom and school; and lift and carry materials or equipment weighing 20 pounds or more as needed.

Qualifications: Valid teaching license/certificate. Prefer relevant teaching experience.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation will align with the Substitute pay scale.
