Podium Education invites you to join the Instructor Shadow program—a 6‑week training and observation period designed to prepare future instructors for teaching with GCA. You will observe labs, explore course content, and learn through hands‑on, reflection‑based activities.
You will attend two Live Labs per week (90 minutes each), complete weekly reflections, and participate in midpoint and final check‑ins with the track coordinator.
