Promise Venture Studio seeks a Head of Development to lead fundraising and development for equity-focused early childhood initiatives. You will partner with Promise’s Managing Partner and Leadership Team to shape a strategic approach to philanthropy, major gifts, sponsor ships, and in-kind resources to fuel the mission.
In this role, you will design and execute a plan that aligns with the three-year strategy, build donor pipelines, and secure support from diverse sources to scale impact.
