Technician - Generator - Level IV

• Troubleshooting and repairing generators, engines, switch gear, and transfer systems
• Solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges in real-world environments
• Delivering clear, accurate service documentation and recommendations
• Working independently with limited supervision—your expertise drives the approach
• Supporting customers by meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards
• Mentoring less-experienced technicians and sharing hard-earned knowledge

• Deep experience in engine or generator environments
• Take pride in solving problems others can’t

• Value safety, precision, and doing things the right way
• Want to pass their knowledge on—not just punch a clock

• High School or GED
• Advanced knowledge of complex engines/generator/etc
• 12+ years of customer service experience
• 12+ years of experience in an engine shop environment
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency with relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, design tools, coding languages)
