As a member of the Technician and Field Services teams, you will operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvement of power systems and equipment. These teams monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation. AES will consider you for any open positions within O&M, including but not limited to: wind turbine technicians, solar technicians, BESS technicians, control room operators, site managers, field service engineers, and team leaders.

These are full‑time, permanent employment positions and require on‑site work.

• Operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvement of power systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation.

• GED or high school diploma.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• For O&M management and leadership roles: expertise in leading diverse technical teams with an emphasis on adhering to safety standards.
