The Opportunity:

Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers.

• Showcase your expertise in technical repair for Roche assigned product lines.
• Offer valuable service to laboratory customers in your assigned territory.
• Provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair of Roche products.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

This is a field-based role - the territory serves NYC, Long Island and Northern NJ. (Must Reside in Brooklyn/Queens area) Travel:
This position requires 50% travel based on customer needs and demands, and includes comprehensive onboarding and training at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.

High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking OR a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related field plus 1-2 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking Successful training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy Ability to travel, including some overnight travel, is required.

8+ years of progressive experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of progressive experience are required. Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistry. The ability to serve as an internal technical resource, provide support after hours and on weekends/holidays, and maintain strong customer relationships is essential.
