Electrical Engineer (Micro Soldering) at Rise Technical
Support the growth of AI startups across the US as an Electrical Engineer (Micro Soldering) in Greater Indianapolis, Indiana.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year, plus stock options, performance bonuses, relocation assistance, and benefits.
This role is ideal for an engineer experienced in soldering 0201 components, troubleshooting electronics, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities:- Perform micro soldering and PCB repairs on electronic components using specialized tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot circuit board and component issues.

- Maintain detailed documentation of diagnostics and repairs.
- Experience with soldering 0201 components and PCB-level electronics repair.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
