Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Guide and mentor project teams with a focus on creativity and excellence.

Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and perform quality reviews.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet project requirements.

Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.

Contribute to business development by building and strengthening client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Minimum of 8 years experience in civil site design and project management.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
