Junior Field Services Engineer

Job Overview

Junior Field Services Engineer – responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and calibration of Waygate Technologies equipment, including Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X‑ray testing machines, at client sites.

• Maintain, repair, and install industrial X‑ray systems and supporting equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and onsite service.
• Complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment and quality service standards.
• Monitor site safety during work scope execution.

• Two-year technical degree (AEET, AMET) and at least 4 years of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment, OR a four-year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME).
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to submit to background investigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one).
• Must currently hold valid US citizenship.

Expect more than 70% travel; paid for travel time and overtime if more than 8 hours a day. Must live within drivable distance to an airport.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $57,100.00 – $.
