• Manage corrective actions from containment through root cause and resolution
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving on quality issues and nonconformances
• Implement and maintain AS9100 quality system practices and documentation
• Support internal and customer audits, including direct quality communications
• Analyze data trends to drive continuous improvement and reduce scrap

• 3+ years as a Quality Engineer in CNC machining or precision manufacturing
• Proficient with structured problem-solving tools (8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone)
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, aerospace requirements, blueprint reading, and GD&T
• Experienced with FMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, and capability studies
• CMM experience or familiarity with inspection workflows preferred
