What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution across aggregates operations.

  • Collaborate with and/or lead cross-functional teams to ensure engineering solutions align with operational goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, and efficiency through innovative project design.

  • Oversee contractor performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Support strategic planning and technical evaluations for future site development and upgrades.

What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering preferred but will consider other disciplines.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in engineering/construction, preferably in the Aggregate or Mining industries.

  • Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.

  • Proficiency in engineering principles, project management tools, and safety standards.

Work Environment

This role involves a mix of office-based planning and field-based execution across multiple aggregates sites. Travel and occasional living out is required to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
