We are seeking Structural Engineer with 0-5 years of experience to be part of our New Parking Design team in our Indianapolis, IN
.
This role will work on a variety of parking structure design projects, mixed use facilities, and pedestrian bridges; a structural engineering background is required, and previous experience with parking design is preferred. While in this position, you will be a member of a design team working closely with project managers, other structural engineers and design technicians.

Responsibilities- Assist with project design, production of reports, specifications, and drawings.
- Perform project structural engineering analysis and design.
- Assist team during the design phase, including project design, production of drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
- Assist team with some client coordination throughout the design and construction process.
- Assist with the development of construction documents using CAD and/or Revit.
- Assist team during the bidding phase, including pre‑bid meetings, addenda, bid evaluations, review of alternates and substitutions.
- Assist team during the construction administration phase, including preconstruction meetings, construction review, project meetings, test report overview, project close‑out, etc.
- BSCE in civil engineering required, Master's degree preferred.
- EIT license required, PE license preferred.
- 0‑5 years' experience in structural engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Experience with finite element modeling software (SAP 2000, RISA 3D, Tekla).
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Related work experience with parking structures is preferred, but not required.
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally in the field.
- Previous experience with construction administration is preferred but not required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visa.
