Join our dynamic team as a Senior Electronics Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting Electronic Warfare programs through installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex electronic systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to system integration and testing efforts that are critical to our mission success.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain electronic systems, subsystems, and test equipment in support of EEW programs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electronic hardware, wiring, and associated components.
- Support system integration, test events, and demonstrations, including Developmental Test (DT) and field evaluation.
- Execute test procedures and data collection activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Assist engineers in system setup, calibration, and validation activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and equipment failures in operational environments.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, configuration management, and quality standards.
- Maintain and track test equipment, tools, and inventory.
- Prepare and contribute to technical reports, logs, and documentation.
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience supporting electronic systems, integration, and testing.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
- Experience supporting field operations, lab environments, or shipboard/aviation systems.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs, particularly EEW, RF, or mission systems.
- Familiarity with test and evaluation processes (DT/OT).
- Experience with RF systems, communications equipment, or sensor systems.
Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of hands‑on experience supporting electronic systems, integration, and testing.
