GCOM International is urgently seeking experienced RF Engineers to join our team and support radio network optimization and performance activities. This role is essential for ensuring high‑quality service and network reliability across multiple technologies.

As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing radio network performance for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. You will conduct drive tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure KPIs are met. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

• Perform RF optimization and performance analysis for multi‑technology networks.
• Conduct drive tests and analyze results to identify coverage and quality issues.
• Monitor and improve KPIs to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot radio network problems and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and share findings with the technical team.

• Proven experience in RF optimization and performance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with drive test tools and KPI analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with major vendor equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).
• Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience in customer complaint analysis and resolution.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
