** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability
+ Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.
+ Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.
+ Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).
+ Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects
+ Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters
+ Use software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data
+ Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance

* Minimum Qualifications:
*
* + 0+ years of professional engineering experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*
* + Experience supporting RF and Digital devices
+ Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)
** Clearance Requirements:*
* + Must hold an active Secret clearance
*
* Physical Requirements:
*
* + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
