Reporting to the Customer Racing Director, you play a key role in client relations and the operational performance of our motor sport activities. In this capacity, your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development- Promote and sell parts and services related to our motor sport programs to internal and external clients
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer relationships
- Receive and process orders through to shipment
- Support clients in identifying their needs and advise them on anticipating their orders
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts
- Contribute to optimizing logistics flows between the United States and the European headquarters
- Coordinate shipments with logistics teams
- Ensure proper order management and smooth operations
- Actively participate in the deployment of the ERP system within the North American structure
- Become a local key user for configuration, testing, training, and team support
- Support users to ensure effective and autonomous adoption of the tool
With a Master’s degree (business school or mechanical engineering), you ideally have initial experience in the motor sport sector or in a demanding technical environment.
Skills- Strong knowledge of ERP environments
- Good understanding of mechanical aspects
- Proficiency in French is an additional asset
