BIW Engineer - Chassis

Overview

Seeking a Systems Control Engineer with experience in vehicle control systems, CAN bus communication, and hydraulics, focusing on system-level integration rather than plant automation.

• Configure, program, and validate control systems.
• Analyze interactions between mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic subsystems.
• Perform system troubleshooting and setup for vehicle-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a team‑oriented environment.
• Interface directly with customers for installation, support, and issue resolution.
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document system configurations and changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience with vehicle controllers and CAN bus communication.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Strong system troubleshooting and integration experience.
• Proven customer‑facing experience and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team environments and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Preferred:
  Experience in mobile equipment or automotive systems.
• Exposure to product development and system lifecycle.
• Background in account/customer management or field support.
