We are currently looking to add a Project Manager to our Site Development Services group located in Indianapolis, IN.
What you can expect in this role.
- Plan, organize and lead the daily engineering activities of assigned team.
- Prepare and oversee all aspects of site design projects.
- Function as a contact point for the client concerning the engineering aspects of his/her project.
- Monitor and track project progress, aged accounts, invoices and the overall project budget.
- Responsible for project performance and profitability.
- Develop schedules, budgets, proposals and contracts.
- Market to prospective clients and work to build, maintain, and manage collaborative client relationships.
- Involvement with the production and coordination of several concurrent projects.
- Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- P.E. registration in the State of Indiana.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with civil engineering projects, specifically in commercial, higher ed, K-12, industrial, and mixed-use site design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge within the civil engineering field, specifically within the site design discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to plan, direct and monitor all aspects of site design projects.
- Strong drive, motivation and self-initiative.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time.
- Good verbal and written communications skills required.
- Experience with applying financial data to project management; thinking and planning strategically; the building, organization and leadership of teams and an understanding of project management skills is highly desirable.
