• Lead business development efforts and expand client relationships within Indiana's transportation and municipal markets
• Develop and maintain partnerships with INDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs, utilities, and other public‑sector stakeholders
• Drive pursuit strategies, proposal development, interviews, and project capture efforts
• Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects, including roadway, utility, stormwater, and site development improvements
• Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and strategic guidance to project teams
• Mentor engineering staff and support professional development initiatives
• Assist with resource planning, project forecasting, staffing, and proposal budgeting
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations while identifying opportunities for continued growth

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required;
  Indiana PE preferred or ability to obtain within six months
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, municipal, or civil infrastructure engineering
• Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and project leadership
• Experience working with INDOT, municipalities, or other public‑sector clients preferred
• Strong understanding of transportation, roadway, utility, stormwater, and municipal infrastructure design
• Experience reviewing engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Micro Station, or similar design software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
