Estimating Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Estimating Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The position reports to a service lead and is full-time, with the possibility of remote or hybrid work for the right candidate.

• Retrieve documentation from the general contractor: drawings, specifications, bids, quotes, notes, BIM files.
• Build a filing structure for documentation so the estimator can access it.
• Update the tracking log with new information from the project team.
• Update the savings log.
• Interact with the customer and general contractor to retrieve information, reconcile, and support estimates.
• Perform technical assignments to support related company projects.
• Use analytical ability as required to perform technical assignments.
• Support estimators in estimating and reconciliations.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus four years of related experience.
• Must generally understand and use information technology in performance of work, including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
• Should be articulate, have a clear analytical approach to problem solving, good decision‑making abilities, and strong communication skills.

Expected compensation range is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on skills, experience and geographical location.
