As an Associate Transmission Line Engineer, you won’t just support projects—you’ll help design and deliver the infrastructure powering the energy transition.

  • Design & Build Critical Infrastructure – Support the planning, design, and construction of transmission line projects that keep communities powered and connected.
  • Engineer Smart Solutions – Perform engineering calculations and apply civil, mechanical, or electrical principles to develop efficient, reliable transmission support systems.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience (civil or electrical preferred—but driven entry‑level candidates encouraged!).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for engineering real‑world solutions.
  • Interest in tools like AutoCAD and PLS‑CADD (or eagerness to learn).
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly across teams.
  • A growth mindset and interest in building a long‑term engineering career.
Work Environment
  • Based in Indianapolis, IN.
  • Primarily office‑based with occasional field exposure for site visits and hands‑on learning.
  • Standard 40‑hour workweek with flexibility (including potential WFH Fridays after onboarding).

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year.
