We are looking for a Senior Industrial Automation & Controls Engineer to join our team and lead the delivery of complex automation and system integration projects across multiple platforms.

, working directly with clients, and solving real-world automation challenges, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This is a project-based engineering role (not maintenance or production support).
What You Will Do:- Lead full lifecycle automation projects
- Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Ignition, etc.)
- Act as the technical lead and client interface on projects
- Lead FAT, SAT, and on-site commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues
- Develop control system documentation (functional specs, IO lists, architecture)
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices
- Minimum 10 years in industrial automation / controls engineering
- Strong experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems
- Proven ability to independently deliver full lifecycle automation solutions (design through commissioning)
- Experience with commissioning and client-facing work
- Background in industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, utilities, life sciences, etc.)
- Strong pipeline of complex automation projects
