Site Civil Engineer, Entry​/Mid-Level

The Etica Group is actively seeking a highly talented Site Civil Engineer for immediate employment in the Indianapolis area. The selected candidate will plan, design, and manage infrastructure construction projects in a multidisciplinary setting. The candidate must possess a positive attitude toward expanding their abilities and be ambitious to lead the responsible development of our community via public safety, aesthetic design, environmental responsibility, innovation, and other methods.

Project Management:

• Meet/work/collaborate with project stakeholders (other engineers, sub-consultants, contractors, and owners) to ensure detailed understanding of scope and objective of project.
• Understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
• Adhere to project schedule with pre-approval of any scheduling changes.

Develop Site, Utility and Infrastructure Engineering Construction Plans and Specifications:

• Necessary use of AutoCAD or Civil 3D for detailed design.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Dropbox and general website navigation required.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering | required
• 3+ years of experience in site civil design | required
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience | required
• Registered PE | preferred
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
