As a member of a cross‑functional team, you lead RDQ activities required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.

Working independently, you will lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will also lead activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation, pilot plant scale‑up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You will be involved with and lead process design and specifications, process scale‑up and commissioning, and will ensure the effective use of resources, including external agencies.

This position requires you to manage stakeholders, influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results, create and maintain accurate consumer‑centric process specifications, leverage connections to internal and external technical communities, and create intellectual property that gives Mondelēz International a competitive advantage.

• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques in relation to modern manufacturing concepts, Total Productive Maintenance & Six Sigma tools.
• Capability to lead roles within line teams, qualify and coach work‑process owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in a PDCA approach.
• Highly organized with an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and daily work activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and appreciation of employee relation practices.

• BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of related experience in engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.

Work schedule:
Monday‑Friday Day Shift with flexibility based on business need

The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
