Job Details- Experience with CAD bridge design and analysis work
- Create drawings using computer‑assisted drafting (AutoCAD)
- Follow client, Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and internal codes and standards of practice
- Draft and review plan sheets for bridge construction projects
- Produce plan details (typical sections, reinforcement bar bending diagrams, reinforced concrete details, steel beam details, etc.)
- Work and coordinate with roadway, water, environmental, survey, and utility engineers
- Degree or education in Drafting and Design, Construction Management, Land Surveying, or related field
- Knowledge of INDOT bridge standards and guidelines
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
