Selectek is partnering with a firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana to hire a Transportation Engineer on a direct-hire basis.

Expected Pay Range: $80,000 - $115,000 annual base before permanent conversion depending on experience and certification.
Job Description- Lead transportation design calculations/reports/plan preparation/roadway modeling
- Assist office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
- Develop peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts.
- Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking.
- Support Indianapolis regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Required- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
- 5+ years’ experience in designing transportation projects.
- Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects.
- Project management experience and experience leading project teams (preferred)
- Technical knowledge/computer skills:
- Micro Station / Bentley Open Roads Designer (required)
- Microsoft Office products:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (required) - Adobe (preferred)
- PE in PREFERRED but NOT required
