Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure high equipment availability during maintenance and repair tasks, new production, and expansions in the maintenance area.
• Independently plan, prepare work tasks, and coordinate employee deployment.
• Responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of maintenance staff.
• Responsible for the development, organization, and cost optimization of the maintenance department.
• Responsible for compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the responsible area.
• Responsible for the regular inspection of test-required equipment and devices at the site.
• Ensure the availability and functionality of production equipment while considering the budget.
• Comply with and train all relevant occupational safety regulations and create risk assessments for machines and devices.
• Plan and execute all maintenance activities in the company.
• Reduce downtime and downtime costs through structured weak point analysis.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a technician, engineer, or industrial master in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the maintenance sector of the automotive supplier industry.
• Ideally, training as a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Flexibility, resilience, organizational skills, and good leadership abilities.
• Good basic business knowledge.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Good English language skills.
