Your Impact As part of our team, you will contribute directly to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and assigning tasks among different team members based on urgency and importance.
- Controlling the degree of compliance with tasks and associated projects, ensuring the application of the organization's quality strategy and policy.
- Leading the definition of quality processes in production, as well as ensuring their application and compliance, associated with the review of all materials or products from the production area.
- Leading and actively representing the quality area in different daily meetings in collaboration with the rest of the departments involved in production.
- Leading and supervising the identification of problems or non-conformities linked to production quality.
- Leading the analysis of root causes and driving both intradepartmental and collaborative plans with other areas for quality improvement.
- Leading cross-sectional strategic projects with the areas involved in production for quality improvement and optimization.
- Developing and supervising the main indicators associated with the quality activity in production, as well as monitoring the main global production indicators.
- Ensuring the repeatability and homogeneity of the manufacturing process of the operating conditions of the materials.
- Evaluating the performance and performance of your direct collaborators.
- Performing all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, both associated with your area and linked to other departments to ensure the correct development of the work.
- Complying with the procedures for the correct development of the work and the associated policy of safety and health of the company.
- Management of control and review of the attendance and/or absences of the teams of your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring the quality of the product at the entry of new projects, participating from the design phase and involving the team in the handover of the project to series life.
- Inculcating in the team the critical analysis based on data, using quality tools for this purpose.
- Supervising that the quality team ensures the repeatability and homogeneity of the production processes.
- Supervising that the quality team correctly manages non-conformities and CAPA of the incidents occurred, protecting the customer and the productive plant.
- Leading the digital transformation of quality processes in the productive plant.
We are looking for people with:
- Academic training:
Bachelor's or university degree in engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or similar. - Desirable Master's or postgraduate degree specialist in Management and/or Quality Management
- Professional experience:
Minimum three years of experience in similar positions and/or activities, leading the application of the quality policy managing teams. - Languages:
English B2 - Technical knowledge:
Knowledge of regulations and audits linked to the Quality Management System as well as knowledge of methodologies for quality analysis and management (Advanced). Desirable knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean environment, 5s, KANBAN, analysis and time method, TPM Six Sigma, SMED, MES…) (Advanced). Desirable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Desirable knowledge of ISO 129: 2004 – Standardization. Desirable knowledge of IATF
