Position: Experienced Oracle Systems Implementation Lead (Poland)

The Role

Purpose of the role:
You will be enhancing the delivery of the most complex and interesting projects in the world by leading and supporting deployment of specialized project controls systems that help streamline operations and make life easier for the project teams. You’ll be involved in every phase from gathering requirements and identifying business challenges to recommending the best systems, configuring them with industry‑leading practices, and driving training and adoption to make a real impact.

We work with various systems, but for this role, we are specifically looking for expertise in deploying Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and/or Primavera Unifier. Experience with planning in Primavera P6 is a must, and good command of platforms like Oracle Aconex, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion ERP would be a valuable asset. You’ll lead on the technology aspect, but with a strong focus on people and process, so your communication skills need to be excellent.

You’ll join a rapidly growing team responsible for sales and implementation of the project control systems. There will be opportunities to manage people, lead projects, drive system sales, develop internal processes, and take on key business development activities.

Your top five responsibilities
  • Own the implementation plan:
    Own the system implementation plan and drive software configuration and adoption to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop impactful solutions:
    Leverage planning and project control expertise to design and configure scalable, optimized, and fit‑for‑purpose solutions on Oracle systems.
  • Manage people and process:
    Engage stakeholders, ensuring they understand that the new processes and tools are designed to make their lives easier.
  • Report and inform:
    Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop everyone:
    Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well.
Capabilities

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can leverage their planning and project controls expertise to configure and deploy flagship Oracle systems. While we’ve already got an army of Primavera P6 experts, this role focuses on OPC and Unifier. You’ll need to enjoy learning and be willing to dive into training and user manuals to find answers.

What matters most to us

Attitude, drive, and people skills. Experience in configuring Oracle systems and some experience in planning and project controls in the construction industry. You don’t need to be an expert; we’ll provide training and development to help you grow.

As a candidate, you should have Must‑Have
  • Mastery:
    Experienced deploying Oracle Systems in the construction industry, combined with experience in planning in Primavera P6.
  • Communication:
    Proficient communicator in written and verbal English, able to convey messages with clarity, motivate teams and lead meetings effectively.
  • Leadership:
    Proactively take ownership of tasks, inspire others through thoughtful questions, and challenge the team to think critically and stay on track.
  • Impact:
    Track record of making projects and organisations better beyond just doing the basics.
Nice to Have
  • Mastery:
    Project management and data visualization skills.
  • Communication:
    Charisma, influence and presence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
  • Leadership:
    Proven leader/coach/developer of teams or teams of teams.
