Your Impact At Power Electronics, we are looking for an H&S Coordinator based at the central headquarters (Llíria). You will be part of a global team in full growth, consisting of 56 Health & Safety professionals committed to excellence and innovation.

With a presence in Spain (28 people), the United States (16), and other international headquarters, we work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with constant communication (daily or weekly) among all team members. In addition, we have H&S consultants who work closely with our team to ensure the highest safety standards in all Power Electronics operations. You will report directly to the H&S Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Implementing, maintaining, and supervising the OSH Plan, preventive planning, and safety and health programs in the assigned area. Conducting risk assessments of processes, work positions, workplaces, and machinery. Performing safety and health audits in accordance with ISO 45001, including participation in internal and external audits. Leading Layered Process Audits (LPA 1–2–3). Ensuring compliance with H&S KPIs and promoting safe behaviors.

Managing preventive documentation, ensuring it is updated and compliant with regulations. Preparing technical documentation on safety and health to complement the OHSAS and audits. Investigating incidents and near misses using the 8D methodology. Participating in cross-functional meetings representing the H&S area. Conducting safety inductions and talks. Promoting preventive culture by promoting the correct use of PPE and good operational practices.

Participating in TOP5, TOP
30, and TOP
60 meetings, reporting KPIs and actions. Leading the Cross Functional Team (CFT) of the area when required. Collaborating on the continuous improvement of the OHSAS and updating procedures.

We are looking for people with:
Academic background:
Bachelor's and/or University Degree. Higher Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. Professional experience:
Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or activity.
