Translating designs and prototypes into viable, standardized, and scalable production processes. Coordinating with engineering, quality, production, and suppliers to ensure industrialization without deviations in cost, schedule, or quality. Defining and validating production means, tooling, machinery, and technical documentation necessary for manufacturing. Optimizing processes and cycle times, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, AMFE, or Six Sigma. Ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, from the pilot phase to mass production.

Training and supporting junior industrialize rs. Hierarchical dependency:
Management of attendance and/or absences of the teams in your area of responsibility. We are looking for people with:
Academic training:
Bachelor's or University Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Professional Education in Electricity and Electronics or Electricity and Mechanics Professional experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Development of APQP documentation. Leading industrializations for more than 2 years.
