Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in engineering Establishes vehicle level attributes and requirements. Leads problem solving engineering issues. Expert in CANalyzer, Somat, Dewsoft. Responsible for EV vehicle testing and troubleshooting. Expert in OTA, OTI electrical testing. Manages validation planning and execution including engine and vehicle builds. Expert working on heavy trucks class 5 8 Must require CDL license to drive school bus and heavy truck.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology At least 5 years of experience in product vehicle testing. Desired Skills Aptitude for troubleshooting issues in an ambiguous environment. Ability to identify root cause, contain, and permanently correct engineering issues. EV and/or Diesel experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and by email. Well-versed in commercial class 8 fleet trucks, trailers, and on-highway norms.

Knowledgeable of DoT requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiar with Calibration tools like INCA and Canalyzer. Familiar with performing software updates with service tools like Cummins InSIte, SDS, or other service tools. Familiar with CAN based data links and communication protocols. Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
