Overview
- Assist in managing water resources projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for water and wastewater systems.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation for project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards in all project phases.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to address concerns and provide project updates.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Support the development of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in project outcomes.
- Assist in the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Preferred 4 years of experience in water resources or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems and associated regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in project execution.
